Requesting an Install — Colorado Custom

Fill out and submit this form to request your installation. Electronic requests receive scheduling priority and are routed directly to our scheduling team to be scheduled for next available openings. The office will contact you during business hours to schedule your installation date. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm.

NOTE: You must have already received an estimate from Colorado Custom and have arrival dates for your ordered materials in order to schedule an installation.
