We are able to begin coordinating installation dates once your material order has been processed and your supplier has provided the dates your material will be ready for pick up. To prepare for your project, we require a copy of your material order to reserve a projected start date for your installation. This information must include:

  • the name of the materials ordered

  • the quantities ordered

  • the dock or warehouse the material is shipping to

  • the date it will be ready to pick up

With this, our team will compare your order against the estimate to ensure we have what is needed to take your project to the finish line.

Our company is a co-op with specialized crews, so we will match your project’s needs to a crew who specializes in the material you have selected. We will then work with that crew’s schedule to identify the next available projected date for your project.

As each project is unique, we do our best to estimate durations when creating our schedule, however the schedule can be fluid due to unforeseen conditions that can arise during projects. Our office works daily with the project managers and will contact you immediately if there is a change to your projected start date.
